Terms & Conditions

1. The Moto-Vate reward programme is open only to selected customers of Bike Tyrestore ( The Promoter)

2. The Moto-Vate reward programme is operated by Headline Promotions (The Supplier) on behalf of Bike Tyrestore.

3. The Moto-Vate reward programme will operate until December 2008, unless extended by The Promoter.

4. There is no cash alternative to any of the rewards featured in the programme.

5. To claim rewards within the programme, customers will be required to achieve a level of business, as indicated in the overall Moto-Vate details.

6. Customers must trade withThe Promoter within their standard terms and conditions, and The Promoter reserves the right to cancel customers' participation in the programme if these are not adhered to.

7. If any customer is cancelled from the programme under point 6, all rewards otherwise available will then be deemed invalid.

8. The Supplier reserves the right to substitute, delete and add rewards throughout the programme.

9. The Supplier also reserves the right to remove any customers from the programme, if it is deemed that there is any abuse of vouchers issued as part of this rewards programme. Abuse includes instances such as re-sell, or major downloading of individual vouchers. The Supplier advises that there is a monitoring system in place to track both voucher downloads from the website, and redemption of vouchers.

10. The Promoter reserves the sole right to make any amendments to the programme as it sees fit.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability attaching to participants in the rewards programme.
